Must have 3 - 5 years of experience with: Java or J2EE, JSP, SQL, HTML, CSS & Javascript, as well as being with OO principals and with designing and querying relational data models. Knowledge / Experience with jQuery, MVC (Struts especially) and refactoring techniques are desired but not essential. Must Have Skills ( 5 Years Experience ) : Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, XML, Oracle, Multi-threading.
