* * *JOB TITLE : BUSINESS ANALYST ** LOCATION : FL-Florida/Jacksonville DURATION : 6 Months MOI : Telephonic + Skype * Technical Experience or Competencies *BS Degree in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent experience. - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong customer relationship skills and confidence working directly with client’s customers to determine EDI requirements - 5 Years in EDI or system interfaces is required - Background in Transportation EDI preferable - Experienced in analyzing EDI trading partner specifications and conducting Gap Fit analysis against existing EDI maps in SI 5.0 - Strong documentation skills needed to document the EDI/Interface requirements specifications - Knowledgeable in preparing detailed system Use Cases is preferred. - Tools Need for Success: Sterling Commerce’s SI, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, MS Project Deliverables: • Create a detailed project plan. • Communicate with Customers and provide ongoing status updates to project stakeholders • Perform gap analysis between Crowley’s existing maps and the new requirements for the following EDI Transaction Sets: Manifests (309,350),EDI 300/301/304/309/310/315 transactions. • Analyze the manifest user interface to determine any necessary modifications to allow for new countries to be manifested. • Document the requirements in Crowley provided requirements documentation formats. • Thoroughly test the solution and document the test plan and results for review by Crowley EDI team members. • Document test results in Crowley provided formats. • Provide project management for the entire engagement • Develop CUP documentation as required to support the project objectives.
