Duration: 9-12 months Good understanding of fundamentals of cloud computing Knowledge of IT infrastructure and database (SQL Server) required for Dynamics CRM. Excellent understanding of CRM concepts & functionalities and business processes Provide technical expertise for the MS Dynamics CRM and Microsoft development technologies and environments. Should have good experience in implementing/Configuring and customizing MS CRM dynamics Online as per the user's business requirements. Work with CRM functional team, Client IT team for a common goal towards successful implementation. Should be able to work in a team environment and contribute towards Practice/Project/Organization goals.
