*JOB TITLE*: Business analyst * LOCATION* : WI-Wisconsin/Madison *DURATION* : 6 Months *M.O.I*: Telephonic Hire Only Project: Documentation of all healthcare applications business process, procedures and workflows across all lines of business including eligibility, claims processing, billing, reporting, customer service, provider information. Our client is 75% through migrating systems from the AS 400 legacy application to a SAAS based platform from HealthEdge called HealthRules. They are still running everything on the AS400, and need to start from scratch with documenting all of the current state environment before they can cut over to the new platform. This needs to be a person that has at least 5 years of experience in healthcare claims across multiple lines of business and operational workflow, who has extensive experience in documenting business processes, with an emphasis on documenting Process Improvement process and procedures, is strong in root cause analysis and remediation. In addition, our clients goal is to develop a centralized repository for all documentation. Qualifications: Experience of healthcare claims, with in-depth knowledge of claims systems across multiple business lines. Experience functioning as a Business Process Improvement Analyst in a large payer environment. Experience documenting current and future state: business processes, operations, workflows. Experience in gap analysis, root cause analysis, document management processes and systems. Experience with SAAS healthcare platforms is a huge plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
