*Job Title: Primavera consultant*

*Description*

Candidate will be responsible for administration of existing Oracle
Primavera environment, including service call and incident resolution,
building additional servers for increased capacity, participating in
project to rollout Primavera to the enterprise, assist in developing
governance, configuring settings, building reports in BI Publisher.
Administration of existing servers and environment will be the primary
focus of this position.

Requirements for this position:  Strong administration skills in
maintaining/supporting Oracle's Primavera P6 are required. Candidate should
have a good understanding of project management tasks within Primavera and
provide input to the project team on best practices on how to execute
various project management related tasks within Primavera.   Prefer 2+
years of experience administering Oracle Primavera, Weblogic and
monitoring/tuning for performance, and strong troubleshooting skills.  Must
have a good understanding of proper configuration standards.

   1. They currently have limited Primavera support, so this person is
   expected to be the go to person for the support team at APS on Primavera
   2. They will be responsible for *optimizing performance, configurations,
   upgrades*, and beyond these functions, they will also be required to *use
   the BI publisher tool and configure and develop reports* using it.
   3. Must be able to *cover support calls coming in from end users and be
   able to understand and communicate with those end users* and walk them
   through their issue to resolution
   4. Will also be providing some job aids and training materials on a
   limited basis for new users of the Primavera tool.
   5. *Primavera runs on WebLogic in their environment, so they should have
   some experience with it* because of the connections and configuration
   processes involved.
   6. The manager will *conduct 2 interviews, first a phone interview and
   then a Skype interview*.  He pointed out that in the past with phone
   interviews he has heard typing in the background and wants to make sure
   that the person on the Skype call is the one that shows up.
   7. As long as the person is working out on the job they have project
   needs and budget through the end of next year.
