*Location: Framingham/MA* *Duration: 18 Months* *Interview Mode: Phone & Skype*** *Roles and Responsibilities for SharePoint Admin/Trainer:* The SharePoint Trainer will provide functional training and support the change in process as SharePoint-Online 2013 is deployed across our client’s Business and IT community. · Deliver “how-to” functional training to individuals and groups (formal and informal) in using SharePoint-Online 2013 (lists and libraries, web parts, user groups and permissions, connecting applications to SharePoint, etc.) · Coach community in environment constraints associated with the SharePoint 2013 environment · Advocate SharePoint and new ways of working · Guide community to existing training materials and support · Develop and maintain SharePoint 2013 knowledge sharing database · Capture and share lessons learned and best practices · Identify training gaps and opportunities, propose appropriate remediation, and participate in development or refinement of training materials *Outlook and Lync Training* • Outlook/Lync subject matter expert, working as part of the Exchange/Lync project team on application and support items • Provides expertise on Outlook/Lync capabilities and features both for customers, as well as providing guidance for Outlook/Lync Team. • Works with key business partners and project team members to analyze and define governance, training needs and strategies for the roll-out and plans for the deployment of new Outlook/Lync environment • Keeps abreast of enhancements to application functionality that can be achieved through O-365 upgrades or add-ons. • Assist with developing and delivering adequate communications, training and education to all of our client’s associates and global support teams *Desired Skills Required* • Subject matter expertise in functional use of SharePoint 2010 • Minimum 5 years of experience training users on SharePoint (2007, 2010, 2013), preferably in Office-365 • Ability to clearly communicate ideas, concepts, and recommendations, both oral and written, at a level consistent with the audience • Apply analytical skills to assess situations and issues, identify options, draw logical conclusions and sound inferences, recommend practical courses of action using innovation and good judgment • Working and interacting with global team by adapting to work schedules and style • Effective English and native language communication skills, both verbally and writing • Good listening skills and ability to explain in a clear and concise way. • Proficient in the use of software such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access and strong general computing skills in a Microsoft Windows environment *Education and Certifications:* • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field, Diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent combination of formal training • Microsoft SharePoint Certification (such as MCTS or MCITP) is a plus • This project is responsible for the implementation of SharePoint Online (Office-365) 2013 for all of our client’s associates. -- *Thanks & Regards,* *Rahul Rishu* *RG Talent Inc* 39120 Argonaut way Suite # 157, Fremont CA 94538 Phone : 510-443-0758 Ext-111 Email :*[email protected]* URL : www.rgtalent.com *YIM/GTalk --> rahul.rishu05* -- -- To unsubscribe from this group, send email to [email protected] For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/CBE-Software-Engineer?hl=en --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CBE Software Engineer" group.
