*Detailed JD :*
v Has sound knowledge of Install / upgrade Information Server product
suite on different tiers (Server and Client). This includes DataStage,
InfoAnalyzer, Business Glossary etc.
v Infrastructure optimization, troubleshooting, and debugging.
v Knowledge of managing Business Glossary, Metadata Workbench, Information
Analyzer, and help data stewards manage the business glossary content
v Troubleshoot issues with Business Glossary and resolve
v Trouble shoot issues with Information analyzer - Determine the datastage
job execution and resolve
v Provide technical expertise, direction, and development support for the
ETL development team as well as support to the developers coordinating with
UNIX admins and DBAs & communicating with IBM support
v Provide off-hours support
v Sound in ETL design principles
Minimum 5 year handon experience with Datastage 7.5 or later
Experience with Real time data wareshousing involving XML files and
building related analytical application dashboards.
2 years of database query tuning, database scripting and data modeling.
2 years of prior Netezza experience (optional)
2 years of Data Governance, Metadata management and Data quality projects.
