*Start Date: Immediate* *Duration: 6 plus months* *Note: Please share only senior * The Solution Architect –SAP BI/BW (Business Warehouse) will join the Global Procurement Analytics team and will work on developing further and optimizing the existing Global Reporting solutions for Procurement. You will: · Deliver new solutions, design & deploy enhancements to existing solution. · Communicate concepts, plans and information clearly and concisely to team management · Significantly contribute to the project, enhancements, and maintenance of the application · Apply complex procedures and define solutions to meet business, customer and technical requirements and lead the resolution of complex problems *Who you are* The ideal candidate has experience working in a multi-cultural, global (not co-located) work team, and supporting multi-time zone user communities. This role requires excellent communication skills with both business and technical teams. You bring: · University Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience in computer science, software engineering or similar field with: o 8+ years of SAP BW experience with advance ABAP knowledge (must have) o 2 + years of Business Objects experience (must have) o SAP R/3 experience (from a BI perspective) and advance knowledge in FI & MM (must have) o Ariba technical knowledge (nice to have) o SAP SRM knowledge (nice to have) o SAP CLM knowledge (nice to have) · Experience in applying design principles (business process design tools included) and of integration architecture principles within the targeted area of focus and solid experience in designing attractive reporting solutions optimized for ease of use · Understanding of Procurement requirements and processes being able to translate them into a platform specific solution and system design. · Ability to demonstrate some project management or project coordination skills is desirable · Skilled in problem/incident management, SLAs – Service Level Agreements · Ability to contribute to multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
