*Primary Skills: *
* Ext – JS Sencha structure UI need, UX implementation with standards,
Web front-end experience (e.g., HTML 4.0 and 5.0 /CSS/JavaScript)*
Mandatory Skills : EXT JS, Java / J2EE, Oracle
*Detailed JD*
Sr. Lead Developer - EXT-Java script
Leadership Skills:
v Understand the Sencha guidelines and capable of implementing Sencha
guidelines on projects undertaken
v Requirements capture
v *Work with client UX expert to understand the UI needs*
v *Ensure UX implementation with standards (performance and scalability
per se)*
v *Lead and Guide Development Team on Ext – JS Sencha structure*
v *Design and Develop UI modules*
v Acceptance testing
v To decompose UI tasks and provide estimates
v To coach less experienced members of the team
v To understand and adhere to technical processes such as code reviews.
Technical Skills:
v Must have experience and knowledge of current Java technologies and
methodologies, and hands-on experience in the following:
v The application of UI design patterns
v Test-Driven Development (TDD)
v *JSP/Servlets*
v *Web front-end experience (e.g., HTML 4.0 and 5.0 /CSS/JavaScript)*
v *Expert on Ext – JS and Sencha Guidelines *
