Debugging and trouble-shooting complex system that interact with components (software and hardware) developed by other teams or vendors. Automate test cases using a Python based automation platform. Support internal and external customers for system level issues such as configuration, installation and engaging development when needed. Understanding of communications protocols. Execute assigned tasks in a timely & efficient manner. Effectively communicate status, metrics and issues on a regular basis. Skills & Requirements: 5+ years hands-on experience designing and executing test plans / cases for applications in a system environment.
