Troubleshoot application production issues. Respond to critical application outages or issues. Drive to root cause and resolution. Provide on-call support for after hours batch processes. Follow release management processes for implementing baseline and production break-fix code changes. Partner with Delivery Management team to ensure a smooth transition from enhancement and project teams to production support team.
