Primary Needs: Application DBA skills, PL/SQL, IT process/organizational skills. Datastage/Quality Stage skills/familiarity is secondary. · 3-5 years of application DBA development, integration development or data management experience. · Strong experience with application/database development on Oracle Platform (PL/SQL). · Strong troubleshooting and analytic skills. · Strong self-starter and ability to work in a dynamic environment. *Desired:* · Strong communication skills · Data cleansing experience · Experience managing DataStage developer work. · Experience with integration technologies (e.g. DataStage, QualityStage, Web Services). *Roles & Responsibilities:* · This position is a support and development analyst supporting Information Management IT solutions between the client, dealers and customers. · The incumbent will identify, communicate and resolve data integration and consumption issues, support the client’s and dealer teams in rollout and implementations, and develop additional interfaces and data stores for future needs. · The incumbent will also be involved with the development and implementation of data cleansing processes and data security maintenance. · The primary focus of this role initially will be on database development, performance tuning, and security management. · This position also has opportunities as a lead developer on large projects wherein the incumbent will be responsible for documenting requirements, defining implementation details, and interacting with supplemental resources to implement and test solutions. · Ongoing Support. (35%): Identify, communicate and resolve data integration and consumption issues.
