Job Description:
v Responsible for analyzing and modeling existing business processes. -
understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for
improvement.
v Determines operational objectives by studying business functions;
gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
v Analyzes new requirements and writes specifications against the
requirements probably in the form of stories
v Responsible for the knowledge transfer of business implications to the
application developers and project managers/ scrum master.
v Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user
documentation, and training users.
v Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
v Should be well versed with agile development model
Mandatory Skills
v Business Analyst (SCURM Trained + ECM background/ SFDC background)
v Desired Skills: Business Analyst with Knowledge of Portal Application
