OOPS and J2EE eCommerce/mCommerce framework Distributed cache implementations Performance improvement techniques Scalability principles and implementation HTML/CSS/JQuery experience (Mobile included) Performance Testing Tools Performance Monitoring Tools Source control and version management tools like CVS/SVN Build and Release management tools like Hudson / Jenkins Work with business analysts and business team to define performance baseline requirements Work with architects to architect and design the next gen Mobile web ecommerce application from a scalability stand point Work with Application Architect to analyze and implement appropriate tools/services to improve CLIENT’s eCommerce/mCommerce application portfolio for assigned applications Define the structure of SDLC from a performance engineering stand point Define environmental and infrastructure requirements for the next gen platform along with the architect Responsible for delivering performance optimized design and code Work with internal and external vendor teams on all support/enhancement/project related activities Work with QA teams to provide testing frameworks, APM tools and coordinate performance tests Analyze the performance results and work with various team to tune the application Should be comfortable driving discussions / decision making with business and IT teams Working with support team on day to day support activities Working with support team on small enhancements Deploy all support fixes, small enhancements and major projects to production environment for assigned applications Work with various parties to make all assigned eCommerce/mCommerce applications better to enhance customer experience and positively impact eCommerce sales. Required Education, Experience and Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or similar field. 6+ years’ experience as Systems Analyst, Technology Lead or a other similar technology position for large-scale enterprise web applications including at least 3+ years of native app and web mobile development Strong performance related technical and design skills with a passion for Web and Mobile commerce Strong SDLC experience and application architecture/design expertise 3 years of retail ecommerce experience Detailed functional understanding of eCommerce/mCommerce applications, interfaces and business processes.
