We are having a very urgent requirement for Linux Administrator at Cary, NC Can you please reply with your consultants updated resume along with the contact details. *Job Title: Linux Administrator* Duration: 6-12 Months Location: Cary, NC *Job Description:* v Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. v A thorough understanding of, and experience with, computer based systems and associated networking architectures v The ideal candidate will have experience working with large complex projects; experience with Linux based computer systems, server clusters, shell scripting, Java language, JIRA or other tracking systems, and hardware / software troubleshooting. v Must be able to think and work independently with minimal to no supervision. v The candidate should possess a demonstrated ability to work closely with development teams and field personnel. v Must be willing to provide on call coverage in a 24/7 environment. v Build release engineer v Basic System Administration activities user/group creation and assigning privileges as per defined policy in Linux v Person should be able to write shell scripts v Maintain and install packages using Package manager (RPM etc.) in Linux v Person should be able to set up Monitor to maintain System stability/reliability (for example CPU usage) in Linux v Person should be able to install, set up development tools (SAP, JBoss, JProfiler, etc) in Linux environments v Hands on Continuous Integration tool (Hudson) to automate the build process and keep on improving process of build deployment in Linux v Hands on Maven, Ant scripts in Linux v Hands on using Subversion version control tool. v Hands on in branching, tagging and day to day transactions of subversion usage v Person should be Good in troubleshooting J2EE application deployment, application /system issues on Linux Thanks & Regards, *Raghavendra Gaddam*, Agile Enterprise Solutions Inc Phone: 630-242-6423 Ext: 221 !!
