*Job Title* *Tivoli IAM Developer* *Project Location* *Jefferson City MO* *Duration* *12 months /Contract* * Skills Required and Job Description:* *Interview Mode: Telephonic followed by Skype* The Tivoli Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer is responsible for developing and implementing solutions per architecture and design documents. The Tivoli IAM Developer may also assist in gathering requirements to translate them into the architecture. The Tivoli IAM Developer will: Interpret requirements to effectively design, develop and deploy solutions for administration process and user provisioning, identification and authentication, authorization, identity centralization, federation, single sign on, directory services, and other administrative needs according to the defined business needs of the customer Work in various operating system environments and provide assistance with software configurations, troubleshooting and access controls Apply knowledge of security protocols, information processing and software maintenance in day to day activities; support Tivoli-based solutions to ensure they are up to date and operational Collaborate with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects and other relevant IT team members to plan architectures for the management and assurance of services Research and analyze existing external systems and provide recommendations for interfaces Provide technical documentation regarding the Tivoli-based solution, as needed Follow technical direction and work to complete tasks on time and on budget Assist with testing, debugging and problem resolution to produce required solution Maintain industry/technical knowledge base and facilitate/maintain industry relationships Demonstrate commitment to providing customer-focused quality service Support assigned systems with on-call availability and respond within agreed upon timeframes Perform other relevant duties based upon experience *Responsibilities:* Three (3) or more years of recent experience with user provisioning with Tivoli IAM web-based and/or desktop product suite (absolute must) for enterprise wide systems, single sign-on solutions for internal and external users, identity federation, directory integration and/or design; understanding of identity vs. account concept Hands on experience with Tivoli Access Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager and Federated Identity manager for SSO Experience with multi-factor authentication requirements Two (2) or more years of demonstrated experience with integrating IdM solution with AM solution to include any custom code to facilitate integration Two (2) or more years of recent experience with one or more directory-based services: Active Directory, Oracle Internet Directory, Sun One LDAP, and/or IBM Directory Server Detailed knowledge of Security and J2EE standards such as Struts, EJB3, WSDL, JML, Web 2.0 and/or WSRP Detailed knowledge of Internet technologies and tools and XML integration, including XML-Schema, XML-RPC, XML-SOAP, and/or Web Services/SOA Solutions Two (2) or more years of recent experience developing applications using Java/J2EE, C++ Two (2) or more years of recent experience in Web development using XML, XSL, HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, and/or CSS Two (2) or more years of recent experience in relational database design DB2/Oracle, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL Experience in assisting clients define and document requirements Very good understanding of access management, identity management, single sign-on, portal, federation, and security concepts Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment Ability to work effectively with management Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources *Qualifications:* Requirements Definition Documentation Directory Based Services Collaboration Interpersonal Communication Design Integration Testing Problem Solving Detail-oriented Research Analytical Thinking Identity Management Access Management *Thanks* *Meenu Sharma* Sr. Team Lead - Recruitment * RG Talent Inc.* 39120 Argonaut way Suite # 157, Fremont CA 94538 Phone : 510-443-0757 Ext-105 FAX 510-952-4633 *Email *[email protected] ,* Gtalk/Yahoo: meenu.rgtalent* In my absence please contact *Adil Zaman* at the following address *[email protected]* <[email protected]> *Disclaimer: Under Bill s. 1618 Title III passed by the 105th U.S. Congress this mail cannot be considered spam as long as we include a way to be removed from our mailing list.
