*Job Title: Procure to Pay (PTP) Change Specialist Location: Houston, TX.
Duration: 4-6 month contract only. *

*Interview process: Phone and the in-person. PTP experience required.*






*The Purchase to Pay (PTP) Change Specialist is responsible for supporting
the Change related tasks including Stakeholder Analysis and
Communications.    Key Tasks: General*

   - Apply knowledge of communication protocols and the project to the
   development of all communications
   - Manage the development and distribution of communications based on the
   Communications Plan
   - Work with Change Lead to validate Key Stakeholders
   - Coordinate Change/Deployment Network meetings and ensure action items
   are promptly followed-up
   - Leverage Program Communications templates when developing
   communications and training to promote consistency of approach and brand
   - Coordinate Business readiness / Go-Live readiness reviews with the
   business and project teams
   - Work with Change Lead to ensure all change related issues / risks
   raised are resolved in a timely and efficient manner Specific

*Job Title: Training Development Lead Location: Houston, TX. Duration: 4-6
month contract only. *

*Interview process: Phone and the in-person. PTP experience required.*





*Key Tasks: *

*For Training Development:*

   - Guide and oversee training development for training program.
   - Educate project team on standards, tools and techniques that will be
   used.
   - Provide QA of training materials to ensure they meet program standards
   and styles.
   - Partner with Project management to identify appropriate training
   solutions for any new initiatives.



*For Training Deployment:*

   - Work with project teams to verify deployment dates.
   - Manage SharePoint training registration tool.
   - Confirm end-users with the project Change Leads.
   - Coordinate the logistics and end-user materials required for training
   deployment.
   - Execute training reports which show completion rates, tests and survey
   results.
   - Communicate training reports to OCM Lead and project teams.



*Overall:*

   - Communicate proactively any issues and risks and define
   mitigation/requirements to manage.
   - Support training planning and implementation for the Battle Red
   initiatives.
