Duration : 6 months Rate : $48/hr on C2C Level : L3 Job Description: - Adhering to SLAs - Mentoring / Training Team Members - Handling tickets / requests - Perform root cause analysis - Troubleshooting technical issues - Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to - Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration - Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA - Understanding of Multi-geo support environment - Responsible for building / maintaining a test environment - Responsible for strategizing a backup plan and test plan for failure scenario - Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction - Suggests new technologies and design changes - Monitoring and maintaining SLA requirements by the team members - Planning Backup/Restoration Strategy for 24x7 operation support - Suggesting patches/upgrades to maintain security level - Testing / Auditing/processes as required from time to time - Identify Skill gaps and plan for training / knowledge updating *Technical Requirements* Ø Should possess very good communication skills both in verbal and email writing. Ø Oracle Installation and recommendation for new installations. Ø SAP Database support knowledge Ø Knowledge on SAP Database cloning and backup Ø Knowledge on BRTOOLS, BRBACKUP, BRARCHIVE is must. Ø Migrating SAP databases on different platforms. Ø Knowledge and troubleshooting of Backup issues related to Business copy Ø Strong knowledge on Unix Scripting. Ø Experience in Using Quest Foglight for Oracle tool for Monitoring. Ø Must have knowledge on HP Service guard w.r.t. Oracle Database for High Availability. Ø Strong experience in Performance Tuning and finding bottlenecks. Ø Strong knowledge on Dataguard and SAP databases. Ø Strong knowledge on Golden Date and SAP databases.
