Duration: 6+ Months The skillset should be in WebSphere and Weblogic. Besides being technically proficient these resource are expected to carry out RCAs and trouble shooting. Hence its critical these resources not be dependent on SOPs/KEDBs for resolution, but use their experience and technical expertise to close issues. They will also be expected to interact with FD senior management on a daily basis and hence have to be outspoken and good negotiators. These resources are also expected to carry out regular technical trainings and will have a comprehensive 4 week training before they go live.
