The web production manager is also a stakeholder-facing member of a cross-functional team who will act as the primary production lead. This role will report to the Leader of Digital Production and will be responsible for the production and completion of digital projects and ensuring that publishing priorities and schedules are met. *Qualifications* · *Minimum of 5 years' experience in web production, managing major interactive or web development projects* · Bachelor's degree in related field. Ideal educational focus on web design, computer science a plus (coder, developer). · PMP or Agile certification a plus · *Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience required.* Experience with managing remote teams a plus. · Experience working in a global company and coordinating and aligning work in a multi-national environment a plus. · *Familiarity and hands on experience with a CMS platform is required. Experience with Adobe AEM/CQ, Drupal or WordPress.* · *Experience or familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Test & Target, Adobe Site Catalyst.
