Experience with Linux required Familiarity with the following a plus: Debian, LVM, CentOS, Ubuntu, Xen, KVM, RAID, RHEL, Fibre channel, iSCSI Experience in the storage industry preferred RHCE or RHCSA preferred *Job Description:* Provide Level III support for our client's highly technical OEM customers. Provide support for field engineers. Act as a technical lead on customer issues Manage and prioritize customer issues and expectations and releases of software back to customers Train customers and field engineers on the use and capabilities of products. Define and articulate technical product requirements to developers through market feedback and product requirements based on customer feedback. Meet with customers' product and engineering management to understand product roadmap requirements and provide feedback to Engineering for product improvements. Analyze competitive offerings and industry developments to stay ahead of competition. Less than 10% travel required.
