is searching for an Oracle Fusion Developer with HCM who will be
responsible for hands-on configuration and implementation on the following
Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Performance Management, Goals Management, Talent
Review/Succession and Workforce Compensation. This role has both large
technical and business components that require communication skills and
must be able to work directly with business partners, business analysts,
and quality assurance team members to consult on solutions, aide with
requirements, and ensure test coverage.
*Required Experience:*
- Hands-on configuration and implementation experience in *one or more* of
the following modules:
- Benefits
- Global Human Resources
- Global Payroll
- Goal Management
- Performance Management
- Talent Review
- Workforce Compensation
- Integration:
- Strong understanding of GUIDs and how they identify objects
in PeopleSoft and Fusion
- Detailed knowledge of DVM (Domain value maps) and XREF
(cross-references) for integrating PeopleSoft and Fusion data
- Awareness of FBL (File based loader) and transitioning from
HR2HR to FBL
- Strong SQL skills:
- DB2 and Oracle experience preferred
