*Required Skills*: WebSphere Application Server (WAS) version 7 and/or 8.5 skills as primary with MQ as secondary We are looking at 3 - 5 years WAS experience; WebSphere Administrator v7 or v8 (Certified a plus) Experience with installation, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years experience in WebSphere Application Server, MQ, and MFT implementations in a multi-platform environment. Proficient in AIX administration, including PowerVM virtualization software. Experience in analyzing application problems using IBM Support Assistant, OPNET Panorama, CA Wily Introscope and IBM Tivoli Performance Viewer. Proficient in Bash, Korn and Jython scripting. Experience managing WebSphere DynaCache. Experience with IBM i, DB2 and SQL server a plus. WebSphere Application Server and/or MQ certifications a plus.
