They must have very good written and oral communication skills and be prepared to work in a very dynamic and fast paced environment. The work will include a combination of handling user issues, performing small development & HFM administration activities, coordinating across cross-functional teams, QA/UAT Testing support, and project documentation. Familiarity with the client (a Fortune 100 Life and Annuities Insurance) processes, forms and other ITAD teams is a plus.
