12 Months *Job Description:* v Ensure overall iApp solution holds together for Finance, G&A and RSA apps v Ensure that RSA contacts are actively involved in the planning discussions and the correct SMEs are identified and available for direction v Provide RSA subject matter expertise. Engage additional SMEs and BTG as required. v Provide SalesForce subject matter expertise. Engage additional RSA SFDC SMEs as required. v Assist with application disposition and RICEFW maintenance v Assist with Extended team staffing and on-boarding v Support Frost / Freeze process for objects within the Finance/G&A/RSA domain (identify and quantify impact) v Support environment and cutover planning for applications within the Finance/G&A/RSA domain v Establish and provide direction on technical design, code reviews, unit test, install documents and migration processes v Support definition of sunset strategies with the Finance/G&A/RSA domain Mandatory Skills: v 10+ years relevant experience v Experience in Configuring and Administering Salesforce.com CRM v Experience in Agile process v Experience in working in an Onshore-Offshore delivery model v Project management v Good/Strong communication v Working with multiple tracks (part from SAP) Desired: Certified SFDC Admin/Developer Thanks & Regards, *Raghavendra Gaddam*, Agile Enterprise Solutions Inc Phone: 630-219-0083 EXT: 403 !!
