Please include your employer details as well. *Job Title* SAP HCM Analyst *Project Location* WA-Washington/Seattle *Duration* 6 Months /contract MOI: Telephonic+ skype Client : Starbucks Client have a need for a Systems Analyst for the SAP system. Role is going to be targeted for a specific group of initiatives going on. Client need someone who can work with business and client groups. Gather their biz requirements. Translate in to functional design. Writing functional spec and reviewing with tech team. Working closely with dev team. Be liaison between biz and technical teams. Get back with business on any kind of solutions. I don't know that configuration experience in SAP will be needed. Most systems analyst will have this though. Interfaces with HCM system at starbucks. Create test scripts. Work with biz users to make sure requirements are tested appropriately and the business has the product delivered to them to their satisfaction. No production support needed. Manager is only interested in candidates who have experience working in HCM. They don't really use any other modules except Master Data Management.
