*Duration:* 12 months *Must Have Skills:* *AIX Admin* · Technical Expertise with IBM AIX Power Servers. · Volume group creation, extend volume group, exporting and importing a volume group, mirroring volume group and Create and Managing logical volumes · Create the Users and Groups, modify their attribute and mode, change security settings, administrate the user and group accounts and password administering · Create the file system, increasing the size, maintain the size and check consistency. Solving file system related issues , Check and Repair File system super-block with fsck · Creating and managing the paging space, increase the size and monitoring paging spaces · Regular system Backup, incremental backup with scheduling using crontab · File set and Fix Installation whenever required · Performance Monitoring on Memory, Paging space, Disk space and CPU utilization by using tools topas, vmstat, iostat, Hardware monitoring using errpt · Trouble shooting problems during the boot process · Creating LPAR and installing the AIX OS through HMC · Very good knowledge on HMC, LPAR, NIM,HACMP and VIO · Technical Expertise with Unix Servers. · Volume group creation, extend volume group, Create and Managing logical volumes · Create the Users and Groups, modify their attribute and mode, change security settings, administrate the user and group accounts and password administering · Create the file system, increasing the size, maintain the size and check consistency.
