Experience with Apache Velocity a plus. · Hands on experience in publishing and consuming Web Services via SOA methodologies would be a plus. · Experience with Oracle relational databases is a must, this would include designing schemes, writing DML queries and query performance analysis. · Should have a strong UNIX background. Also needs to be comfortable writing Unix scripts.
