They will be collaborating with the team members to discuss project plans and document all implementations. They will be utilizing JIRA to track tickets and use the issue management tool on a daily basis. They will be helping the team lead implement the new environment by migrating from Waterfall to Agile. This position is extremely team based so they must be comfortable discussing issues and working as a team to resolve it. They also will be supporting the deployment platform where they will be immediately analyzing and fix bugs/defects discovered. Since late 2013, our Clients Automation and Build team has been aligning itself with this philosophy. This transition involves the development and growth of our team in the direction of the DevOps philosophy.
