Please include your employer details as well. *Job Title* Solution Architect *Project Location* Fargo, ND *Duration* 6 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* *Interview Mode: Phone and Skype* * RESPONSIBILITIES:* - Provide and communicate project and enterprise level solution design and solutions to both IT and business initiatives at large. - Lead development of formalized solution methodologies and enforce best practices, design patterns and defines standards. - Work closely with onsite developers and offsite vendors to enforce standards and ensure quality. - Collaborate with Project Managers and technical directors or provision estimates, develop overall implementation solution plan and serve lead as required to implement installation, customization, and integration efforts. - Identify, assess and mitigate technical and financial risks associated with the project including those associated with enterprise operations. - Oversee overall solution and individual major technical aspects of project life cycle, from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design and implementation phases for projects within solution area. *EXPERIENCE:* - 15 years relevant technical or business work experience, - Include 5 years of healthcare payer insurance and provider network services experience. - 5 years’ experience in portal architecture leadership and design experience. - Thorough knowledge of healthcare and insurance industries, as well as enterprise technology, development and marketing. - Expert-level business knowledge and skills (e.g., business processes and planning, capability road mapping, budget planning, metrics, etc.) and project management knowledge and skills (e.g., program-wide dependencies, project resource planning, change management, etc.). - Expert-level enterprise architecture knowledge and skills (e.g., information/data road mapping and governance, framework standards and development, architecture views modeling, architecture risk assessment, etc.) and IT knowledge and skills (e.g., app development frameworks, SaaS, virtualization, master data design and management, etc.). - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
