Business systems analyst to focus on “keep the lights on” support issues - Identify business issues and work with various vendors to come with Business Process Improvements - Trouble-shoot any immediate issues regarding data feeds from various vendors (have multiple vendors for development/monitoring/hosting. The managed service provider is expected to perform monitoring and this role would be required to work proactively with the provider to identify any areas of potential issues within the business process (must have direct experience/knowledge of data integration; idocs) - Determine if the source of the issue and determine if there needs to be a change to the business process Goal; Deliver a premier “Consumer Experience” (e.g. delayed orders would negatively impact the consumer experience so the process would need to be modified or identify and fix the source of the issue. 2.
