Parts to this role;

1.       Business systems analyst to focus on “keep the lights on” support
issues

   - Identify business issues and work with various vendors to come with
   Business Process Improvements
   - Trouble-shoot any immediate issues regarding data feeds from various
   vendors (have multiple vendors for development/monitoring/hosting.  The
   managed service provider is expected to perform monitoring and this role
   would be required to work proactively with the provider to identify any
   areas of potential issues within the business process  (must have direct
   experience/knowledge of data integration; idocs)
   - Determine if the source of the issue and determine if there needs to
   be a change to the business process

Goal; Deliver a premier “Consumer Experience”
(e.g. delayed orders would negatively impact the consumer experience so the
process would need to be
modified or identify and fix the source of the issue.



2.       Small enhancement requests and recommendations;

   - Experience in the Retail industry specific to business processes
   within SAP SD ATP (Availability to Promise - projections of future material
   stock availability based on the defined rules); AFS would be a plus.
   - Must have hands on experience with data integration, idocs, XML within
   an SAP environment, primarily SD (AFS desired)
   - Define business issues and come with Business Process Improvements
   - Work with the business to gather requirements on desired business
   process improvements and launch projects as needed (obtain sign off from
   the business)
   - Work with various teams (including finance) to come up with the
   requirements, run workshops
   - Work with off-shore teams who will do the configuration and then drive
   the testing process; UAT, regression testing, sign off
   - Go live & post production support
   - Knowledge of Netrada and Demandware digital environments and knowledge
   of Biztalk or some other ESB (Enterprise Business Service) tool a plus
   but not a requirement
