Kindly review the job description and submit your updated resume for an immediate consideration. *Position: Service Now developer / Lead Developer* *Location: Washington, DC* *Duration: 12+ Months Contract * *Job Description:* - *3+ years of Developing and Delivering ServiceNow solutions* - 5+ years delivering ITSM software solutions (HP, BMC, CA or IBM) desired - Deliver and support end-to-end automated solutions which include technical implementation of the ServiceNow Platform, Core System, and Applications. - Provide support and technical consulting and mentoring - Assist service owners with leveraging ServiceNow with disciplined design and implementation approaches - System Properties - UI, CSS, System, Email, Approval, LDAP, Application, Localization, Security, Users, and Groups - Deep knowledge of JavaScript and with web browser technology (XML, HTML, Web Services), etc. - Special emphasis on the core modules Asset Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management. - ServiceNow Certifications (Advanced Admin, Implementation) - Experience building Configuration Management Databases (CMDB) - Experience with System Discovery and License / Entitlement Management preferred - Understanding of IT help desk and service management along with good understanding of the ITIL framework including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and/or Service Desk. - ITIL Foundations Certification required - Reports, Service Level Agreement, Notifications, and Alerts - Proven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise Software (ideally ITIL related) solutions in client environments - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills - Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity - Agile Software development practices - Experience in other ITSM systems, such as BMC Remedy, CA Service Desk, or HP Service Manager (Peregrine) *Responsibilities* - Lead ServiceNow solution implementations - Lead ServiceNow Development efforts and provide direct guidance to our customers - Lead Consulting engagements to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes - Prepare client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports - Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients - Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences *Thanks& Regards* *Mano* *Sr. Talent Acquisition* *Sarian Solutions, Inc. * an IT solutions company Ph: 732-790-2266 x 105 | Fax: 732-790-0944 |e: [email protected] | www.sarianinc.com| Note: This email message is for the sole use of the intended recipient(s) and may contain confidential and privileged information.
