*Title : SAP Basis Admin With SAP HANA Admin*

*Location: Columbus, Ohio*

*Duration: 6+ Months *



Required Skills:
SAP Basis Administration including System Refreshes, SAP HANA Administration

Responsible for in-depth BASIS Administration with SAP Netweaver suites.
• Provide the day to day Basis administration support (24*7).
• Responsible for installation & upgrades of SAP components
• Researches & implements solutions within Basis functionality in areas of
performance monitoring, tuning and systems configurations, design &
implementation.
• Responsible for setup, configuration and troubleshooting of complex
environments (e.g. clustering, high availability, load balancing etc.)
• Function as point of contact for production SAP Basis related issues.

Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities
• Providing documentation (SOPs) for technical and process related
activities
• Assist DBA with Oracle and DB2 Database administration (e.g tablespace
admin, backups and restores)
• Provides support & maintenance of transports
• Responsible to perform regular system refreshes
• Participate in On Call rotation & provide after hours support as needed.
• Ensure proper configuration & security on all server environments.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring and maintenance to ensure stability and
optimal performance on all server environments.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on all severity issues.

Experience
• 4 to 7 years of experience in required technologies and qualifications

Qualifications (Minimum Education or Equivalent) BS in computer or related
field and SAP Basis Certification.
• 2 Full cycle implementation experience
• Good understanding on virtualization & high availability
• Ability to independently install SAP upgrades/patches and perform routine
SAP system administration functions.
• Ability to multi-task
• Good co-ordination and organization skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and conflict management skills.
