The incumbent generally works under deadlines and is capable of handling heavy workloads, and operating with only general supervision. *REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* · *Start to Finish development of an IVR system on Convergys IVP8.0 platform.* · Participation in the conversion of existing IVR software applications to Convergys IVP8.0 platform. · Occasionally, may provide guidance and assistance in Convergys IVP8.0 platform development. · Participation in the development and preparation of documentation for IVR systems. · *Position Requirements (What skills and experience must they have):* As the person in this position will be a key member of a client support group and provides ongoing support for maintenance of one or more client solutions, it is essential that this person: · Is proficient in Convergys IVP8.0 platform development. Minimum 5 years of experience with Intelligent/Intervoice Voice Portal platform. · VoiceXML, CCXML and SCXML knowledge required. Minimum 5 years of experience. · Has experience with JavaScript at least an intermediate level. 5 years · Has 2 years of experience with Web Services at least an intermediate level. · Experience in ‘Nuance Speech Recognizer’ is a plus. · Experience with .Net is a plus.
