*Location: Denver, Colorado* *Please share your consultant profile to my Official mail id [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Job Roles/Responsibilities* (1) Responsible for coordinating the offshore development resources. (2) Act as a bridge between onshore project team and offshore developers. (3) Responsible for quality and timeliness of offshore deliverables. (4) Help resolving the issues and challenges experienced by the offshore developers. (5) Provide offshore delivery status to the supervisors. (6) Give heads up for any potential idle time by the offshore developers. (7) Monitor accuracy of hours logged by the offshore developers. (8) Guide offshore developers with any business and/or technical questions. (9) Work as person of escalation for the offshore developers. (10) Works directly with the customer for troubleshooting business/technical issues, suggest effective and long term solutions for fixing issues, guide the development team for resolution of open issues. (11) Estimate work efforts, delivery time lines, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully complete custom code remediation activities. (12) Help developing project plans incorporating all possible project variables. (13) Conduct periodic status checks with the customers and project team to assess progress against plan and communicate progress to supervisors as necessary. (14) Work to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner and escalate as appropriate. (15) Suggest improvements in service delivery processes and techniques. (16) Prepare weekly status reports on project activities. *Desired Skills:* (1) Experience with custom code remediation for multiple Facets upgrade projects. (2) Facets product knowledge including Facets data model and batch processes. (3) Knowledge and understanding of TriZetto Hosting center architecture. (4) Experience in SQL and .NET development. (5) Facets custom interface and custom extension development experience. (6) Ability to review Facets batch error log for both core and custom batch jobs, identify root cause, and resolve issues.
