   - Perform long range capacity planning; make configuration, enhancement
   and security recommendations.  Migrate to networkMaryland™ as available.
   - Train OPD network specialists to perform daily support functions and
   to verify network conditions.
   - Develop and update network diagrams.
   - Mentor other staff members on network technologies.
   - Assist in security policy reviews.
   - Document various support processes such as: restart procedures, review
   of log-files, etc.
   - Provide other Network Support activities as required, and directed by
   the TO Manager.
