Hi, Our client is seeking a Network Security Support Engineer. This client is a global Fortune 500 publicly-traded Big Four Auditing Firm located in Montvale, New Jersey. This position is a 6 month contract. The client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible. This client will only accept candidates that are able to work on a W-2; NO Corp to Corp. We will submit candidates at whatever rate they are comfortable with accepting for this position. Responsibilities: · Configure, maintain and troubleshoot security and remote access solutions for an enterprise class firm, including support ticket handling, change management, and on call coverage. · Team with the IT architecture and security groups to help ensure alignment with business initiatives while adhering to security guidelines and leading industry practices. · Troubleshoot and support Cisco ASA Remote Access and Firewall Technologies, Cisco AnyConnect and IPSec VPN client software, Cisco Security Manager, Adaptive Security Device Manager; PaloAlto Firewalls, Panorama Management System; Blue Coat Proxy and Blue Coat's cloud services. Skills · Minimum five years on network IT, firewall or proxy experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. · Experience with Cisco ACE, NCM, ISE, NAC, Cisco routers and switches, Tufin Policy Manager, Riverbed Cascade, Raritan or terminal services for remote access. · Experience with certificate management, as well as familiarity with TACACS/RADIUS, RSA SecurID, SNMP monitoring and reporting. · Hands on experience with packet capture analyzers, TCP/IP subnetting, Telnet/SSH Clients, Raritan or Terminal Server Remote Access, Remedy Ticket Handling System, inventory/maintenance tracking and vendor support case handling. · Familiarity with DLP integration with Blue Coat products is preferred.
