4. Technical skills in current environment:
· Unify/Siemens OpenScape Voice Portal version 7.0 R3 (which is a
re-packaged version of Unify/Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) version 7.6)
· MISC: VoiceXML, database/SQL, web services, batch programming
5. Ability to assist business and Telecom staff with infrastructure
planning and implementing features like text-to-speech and automated
employee directory.
