Need System Analyst with experience in Salesforce with experience in High
performing call center,
Contact Center Operations strategically, and generate both Long- and
Short-Term ways to improve them.
We are looking for a Solutions Specialist with significant experience in
Call Centers and Customer Support Operations to join the CRM Service
Management Team here at SunPower. This would be a consultant position,
starting as soon as possible. We can’t commit to a specific end date, but
at this point we expect it to run until around the end of the year.
A copy of the position description is attached. It may help if I tell you
that many of the candidates we have interviewed had the necessary
experience, but lacked the ability to look at Contact Center Operations
strategically, and generate both Long- and Short-Term ways to improve them
