RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH Health Insurance Exchange(HIX) is Must. *MUST HAVES:* 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Experience working on a State Health Exchange (HIX) Project Strong experience with ALM, MS Office and SharePoint Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills (personality is HUGE) Any experience with Visual Modeling DAY TO DAY: Our client is looking for two Business Analysts to join a team that will be onsite in Boston working on projects related to the Massachussetts State Health Exchange. They will be onsite at the client location and will actively engage and collaborate with the SME’s onsite. These BA’s will need to emphasize facilitation skills and be able to command a room of 30 people to elicit clear requirements, be able to reference information models, process flows, etc. while on their feet to help the audience “connect the dots” and contribute to a requirement gathering effort quickly and efficiently under the direction of this person. This is a spotlight role so this person should automatically be comfortable jumping up to the white board to drive conversations. These BA’s also will need to emphasize prior experience on health exchange projects with a solid understanding of the business rules that drive the various decision flows that happen within these types of applications.
