Solutions Engineers will work as part of a team that also includes architects and business analyst roles. The Solutions Engineer plays a key role on all projects as technical consultant to the project manager, ensuring that build tasks needed to meet business requirements are understood by both the project manager and technical subject matter experts responsible for execution. Solutions Engineers must be able to demonstrate broad cross-functional technology experience, as well as strong written and verbal communications skills. In this role, Solutions Engineers will be responsible for: Developing detailed solution designs, including configuration and integration requirements for network, compute, and storage elements Reviewing and obtain approval of design documentation from the Program Management Office (PMO) and Service Owner team representatives who will implement the design Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure that requirements gathered provide sufficient information to complete detailed design Collaborate with Infrastructure Service Architects to understand the needs and objectives of business units that solution designs must enable Collaborate with Infrastructure Architects to understand IT technology strategy that solution designs must comply with *Qualifications * Broad understanding of infrastructure hardware and software systems including Regards Javed Ansari Sr. Technical Recruiter, Dominion Technology Services Corp.
