Develops project plans, functional specifications and schedules for these products. Designs and performs analysis on complex programs and systems. Assists in determining product requirements and enhancements. Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software applications. Participates in the testing process through test reviews and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Participates and collaborates with services and other development teams to deliver multi-tiered solutions. Requires 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job.
