*General Purpose* The integration engineer develops and configures inbound and outbound interfaces for clinical and claims data integration solutions. Using scripting tools, data driver templates, and other platform capabilities, the engineer will configure provider and other third-party clinical and administrative data sources necessary to populate core applications within the client's Analytics Provider Solutions portfolio. The interface engineer will establish technical relationships with external and internal customers while consistently delivering exceptional services in an accurate, cost-effective, and timely manner. This role is accountable for providing deliverables in accordance with architecture constraints, technical standards, and project expectations. Quality and precision of work are crucial components to successful performance in this role. *Essential Responsibilities:* · Design and configure inbound HL7 interfaces using the Analytics Clinical Data Acquisition tooling assets, the CareEvolution HL7 interface, or 360 Care Insights platforms. · Configure IHE-compliant interfaces in order to successfully onboard participating HIE organizations. · Install and configure baseline software for provider solutions products. · Collaborate with internal teams (Project Management, Sales, Support, Development, etc) to meet customer needs and to deliver software solutions per customer contracts. · Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of UNIFY or 360 Care Insights clinical data models. Maintain understanding of HIE and source system data integrity and security considerations. · Provide rigorous quality assurance, documentation, and change control of designed solutions. Support the transition of post-implementation projects to long-term support teams. · Support the technical design and development delivery of customer deliverables in partnership with other members of the engineering team. · Accountability for successful completion of interface deliverables and efficient and effective throughput of technical service delivery for timely revenue recognition and maximum customer satisfaction · Deliver on other service projects as assigned. · Maintain compliance with time tracking, status reporting, design and development methodologies, and other management communication requirements as defined by manager. *Other Duties/Responsibilities* · Maintain knowledge of healthcare IT and software industry standards and trends. · Maintain knowledge of healthcare provider business needs. · Maintain knowledge of software industry and technology services (Current OS knowledge, basics of networking, etc) *Job Qualifications* Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes - Healthcare Information Systems interfaces and integration techniques - Accomplished written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with MS SQL Server, Oracle, and XML - Familiarity with healthcare data interchange protocols - Passion for service excellence and integrity - Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies *Required Education and/or Experience* - Bachelors (Computer Science or MIS) or comparable experience - Minimum 1 year of healthcare IT/analytics experience - Previous experience in customer-facing roles *Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Attributes * - Demonstrated .NET and MS SQL Server experience - Previous experience with Python or similar scripting language - Agile Software Development experience - Previous experience with HL7 2.X and 3.x - Familiarity with IHE standards and protocols (PIX, XDS, XCA) - Experience with Public Health Interfaces - Experience with third-party interface software such as Mirth and Rhapsod - Experience with network operations and security standards (OpenSSL) -- Rahul Rishu Sr. Recruiter Net2Source Inc.
