*Job Description*
As a Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of
the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will
define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an
important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the
overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables
and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal
capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the
opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our
clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
*Required*
- Proven Skills in following:
- Requirement gathering & elicitation, defining use cases/work flows,
Documenting/Analyzing process flows (Primary)
- MDM / Item Master / EPM (Secondary)
- Excellent Communication ( verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Excellent Client/ Stake Holder Management skills
- Excellent grasp of system and able to comprehend it and convert it
into design and guide the teams on design and build
- Detail and Process Oriented Performer and Go-getter
- Effectively identifies the potential risks and issues even before they
could occur, and communicates the same, follows them up with various stake
holders to get the closure on them.
- Exhibits excellent Leadership traits to set the standards of Lead by
Example
- Mentors, inspires, and nurtures the teams (offshore, and onsite) to
effectively build great teams, and knows when to delegate.
- Must be able to coordinate work with the offshore team.
*Preferred*
- Business Analyst, the person should have an overall experience of *4-8
years*, with relevant experience of
*2-4* years spanning across various implementation/ maintenance/support
/extension Projects in MDM / Item Master / EPM.

*Qualifications Basic*
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also
consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of
education
• At least 4 years of experience in project management
*Preferred*
• At least 4 years of experience in Project management including
project scoping, estimation, scheduling, team and client interfacing, risk
management, knowledge management, quality and compliance tracking.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life
cycle, implementing relevant SDLC activities
• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities
on development and maintenance projects.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder
environment
• Experience to *Retail* domain
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Location: Seattle
Duration: 4-6 months
