Strong web design and layout skills using Visual Studio .Net is preferred. -Strong experience in user interface design. Candidate should have experience in developing dynamic websites using any or all of the following technologies; MS SQL Server, XML, Web Services or SAP.Net connector. -Must work closely with manager and business analysts to develop sound applications based on business owner requirements and requirement documents. Candidate must also possess excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills in both a team and individual setting. Candidate should work mostly independent within overall objectives as defined by company/management and also be able to mentor Junior Application Developers. -Must lead team in the way of mentoring and educating the team to improve overall technical knowledge and capabilities and to understands and follow industry standards and best practices -Able to setup and maintain MS web server. Knowledge of Windows 2003, 2008 R2, and 2012 OS, IIS, FTP, and basic networking would be a plus. -Proven ability to conduct and/or participate in application testing and process improvement including automation and code deployment.
