*K**indly let me know if anyone available with required skills. * *Please send resumes to [email protected] <[email protected]>* Jira Administrator It’s a remote role. long term contract Phone interview and skype Administers Software Development Lifecycle applications, primarily Jira and Atlassian tools, and provides support to end-user community in daily use of applications. Responsible for planning, designing and implementation of application customizations Evaluates and responds to user requests. tests, troubleshoots and debugs applications to resolve user issues. Develops end-user documentation and trains users in tool use. Core Responsibilities: · Develop & maintain custom JIRA workflows based upon business requirements · Create custom permission schemes, notification schemes, screens, and similar configuration changes on a project by project basis. · Manage multiple projects on several different JIRA instances. · Manage custom add-ons and determine when/where they should be implemented. · Develop new solutions on production systems while maintaining appropriate change controls. · Configure Atlassian Confluence and integrating with JIRA workflows · Develop metric dashboards in JIRA to provide business leadership (outside of IT) with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports · Experience administering Linux systems a plus Programming experience a plus Displays knowledge of engineering methodologies, concepts, skills, and their application in the area of specified engineering specialty. · Displays knowledge of, and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills. · Displays in-depth knowledge of, and ability to apply, project management skills. · Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. · Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. · Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
