Roles and Responsibilities* Role: The Lead Business Architect plays a significant role in insuring that the business requirement, Use Cases and objectives are being addressed throughout the implementation life cycle. They are responsible for interfacing on a regular basis with the business to help capture the objectives and requirements associated with the proposed application. The LBA helps to facilitate the DCO sessions and helps the business resources prepare for them. The LBA manages and directs all the other Business Architects as far as their tasks, priorities and also insures the quality of the artifacts being produced.
