Good communication *Job Description:* This candidate will be responsible for building a GUI that sits on top of an Identity and Access Management data warehouse. This GUI will be used to create reports to analyze KPIs and metrics related to user account access within the organization. Due to government regulations Barclays needs to monitor who has access to what at all times. The candidate must be able to troubleshoot within EXTJS libraries and understand the inner workings versus using templates/toolkits. Ex: If someone has left the department was access revoked? Do they still have access to non-critical data? New hires/ fires? Etc. *Work Environment:* The environment is heavily regulated by the government and data security is critical to the organization. The candidate must be able to perform in a demanding environment. Team consists of 7 resources in USA, 6 in India, 1 in UK. *Interview Information:* Two personal interviews then offer will be made *Who is the Internal/External Customer:* The internal customer are users and management who will sit globally within the organization. The candidate will be required to interact with them in-person as well as over the phone. *Impact to the Internal/External Customer:* Data security is a top priority for the organization and these reports will provide visibility around any gaps in security. *Business Challenge:* The organization needs to create a new GUI to produce reports around IAM. Much of the organization has historically been waterfall but is moving to agile and are constantly looking to deliver results faster. *EVP:* Candidates will have an opportunity to work in one of the biggest financial institutions in the world.
