Minimum Requirements:



   - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience or technical knowledge
   comparable to a four-year degree.
   - 5+ years enterprise resource planning implementation experience.
   - High level of knowledge and experience with Lawson Enterprise Resource
   Planning (ERP) solutions a must, in a Hospital setting.
   - Lawson version 10/Landmark platform experience required.
   - Minimum of 4-5 payroll implementations and understanding of Federal
   and State reporting requirements.
   - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and
   PowerPoint.


   - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
   - Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills are
   required.
   - Strong organizational skills along with proven ability to manage
   multiple deliverables simultaneously required.


   - Must be highly motivated and self-confident.
   - Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines and
   work well under pressure.


Description:

Client is in need of a Lawson ERP Consultant within the Payroll workstream.
This person will perform multiple work assignments including: solution
design, system configuration, testing, documentation, and knowledge
transfer in implementing Lawson.  The Consultant will advise on industry
best practice and adhere to a standard project management approach. The
Lawson ERP Consultant will bring value by supporting their project team,
identifying issues and risks, and executing to a collaborative plan. The
Lawson ERP Consultant will report to the Consultant Lead and collaborate
with other consultants, team leads, analysts, and program managers.



*Principal Duties and Responsibilities:*

   1. Applies analytical and technical thinking across areas of
   responsibility
   2. Uses a high degree of insight, industry experience, research and
   analytical skills to complete system design, define  future state business
   processes, and resolve implementation challenges
   3. Contributes to the overall planning and execution of the Lawson ERP
   implementation by leveraging life cycle implementation experience to
   recommend approaches and meet deliverables
   4. Responsible for prioritizing work and meeting deadlines in alignment
   with the program plan and team work plan
   5. Configures Lawson system and product lines in accordance with design
   documentation, program timelines, and project phase (design, build,
   validate, test, go-live)
   6. Identifies issues, risks, decisions and defects and sees them through
   to resolution or appropriate hand-off; escalate as required
   7. Provides guidance, assistance and knowledge transfer to team members
   8. Contributes to or authors complete and standard documentation of
   project artifacts including project plans; tasks and deliverables; issue,
   risk and decision logs; testing scripts; and training plans
   9. Reports progress of work to project schedule
   10. Supports and ensures open flow of communication within and across
   project teams
