*Description:* In the context of Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM, the PeopleSoft/Oracle DBA 2 will lead activities related to troubleshooting, identifying bottlenecks, monitoring performance and implementing solutions that address performance. This role will require the ability to view the entire PeopleSoft application architecture stack including web server, application server, database server, operating system, storage and network to get to the root cause of performance issues and recommend appropriate solutions. *Responsibilities:* - Five years of experience serving in the capacity as an Oracle database administrator (DBA) supporting PeopleSoft applications - Five years of Oracle database development experience using Oracle databases - Five years’ experience in installing, configuring, administering, tuning and troubleshooting Oracle databases - Five years’ experience analyzing data requirements, defining DB architecture, documenting technical design, testing databases - Five years implement and maintain Oracle Databases across a multiple server environment (development, test, training, staging, and production) - Five years’ experience identifying problem SQL, analyzing execution plans, and developing tuning options - Three years’ experience in developing backup, cloning and recovery strategies Net2Source is an employer-of-choice for over 1000 consultants across the globe.
